My parents made their way up to my side of the state. The weather looked like it was going to be less than perfect with rain every day. Seems that we have had some luck and things have been mostly dry. Cloudy days with moments of sunshine. Saturday started of pretty wet and full of clouds. Darrick took us on a tour of Sonoma.
The start of the week while Darrick worked away, we toured Sonoma, Napa, and lands around Sonoma. It's been very nice.
We had have had some home cooked meals and some meals out. Volpi's was a wonderful Italian restaurant. It's a small home style restaurant. Great food, and if you come out hungry you must have a tapeworm. Little Sonoma (our dog just so named after this pretty town.) is loving having grandma and grandpa. Oh how she missed their laps. Lots of hugs, kisses, pats, and cuddles. We are now off to a nice dinner at a old steakhouse. More pictures to come.
