Sonoma Farmers Market

Darrick is so sweet. He has been telling me about the Farmers Market in Sonoma, and has wanted me to go knowing I would really like it. We just have not been able to make it yet. So after a long hard day at work, and between me baking bread we went to check it out.
It was really cool. They have live bands playing, people selling all types of foods, farmers with their crops to sell, and families on blankets enjoy a picnic style night. The square in town is a buzz with people walking dogs and kids playing. What a wonderful family place. Teens were hanging out with friends, and adults were talking up a storm. You can hear the popping of the kettle corn as the smell of something grilling hangs heavy in the air. The bright colors of the flowers pop, and the sweet smell of peaches fill your senses as you walk by the farmers bins. The energy of the band playing goes hand in had with the kids playing on swings and other fun playground toys behind them. Dogs of all shapes and sizes accompany their owners that are also all different shapes and sizes. Laughter filled the air. You could hear many people calling out for their friends that they did not expect to see. It was a wonderful time. I really enjoyed it.
Got home just in time to take my bread out of the oven.
My new car.
Kidding. Darrick buys cars and sells them on the side. He asked if I wanted to keep it. I like it, it was fun to drive around in. He will keep it as long as he likes. Guess that's a perk to bloody knuckles, burnt arms, and hot motors.
Sonoma Square.

" Hey, Fred, no one here is serving duck right? Fred? Jill, Sarah, have you seen Fred?"

Good man. Buying his honey some fruit.

xoxoxoxoxo :-)
