No good deed goes unpunished.

I became a teacher because I like helping others learn something new. My whole life is about helping others. All day I help, I guide, I figure, I solve, I coddle, I encourage, and I listen.
I also get all the mainstreamed students. That's students that are special needs that the other classroom teachers don't see. With my normal size class, I get special need students to work with. This means many have a physical limitation of some sort along with a mental limitation. I have one student that I help. I help put his shoes on after tumbling. I help him with activities that need to be modified for his needs like a softball instead of a heavy shot put. I have to think ahead and plan for him as well as the other special needs and non special needs students in the class. That's a lot to do. This student did well on a run day, he has a physical limitation, and I was very happy with how hard he tired. I gave him a free ice cream after school for his hard work.
Then I get this email from his Special Ed teacher.

Hi!

We had a parent conference with Giovanni parents yesterday. The parents have the impression that there are times when teams are picked that Giovanni is put on a girls' team. They said that Gio is picked at the end. There was talk about any activity that Giovanni calls "the donut" where Gio is placed with primarily girls. Mr. M***** thought that he had observed this happening. I am not clear on exactly what was being described or how teams are arranged, so I told the parents I would contact you to find out what the procedures are. This is something that is upsetting to Gio, but I did remind the parents that the students do not always interpret events accurately. If you can email me or give me a call, I will explain to the parents (or you may talk to them directly - just let me know, please).

Thanks for your help!
~Kim
OMG, I try so hard every day with ALL the students in the class. All the Special ED kids and with him. I was not a happy camper when I read that. So here is what I wrote in return.

I have yet to pick teams. I ask the students to pick teams for themselves. This is part of the teamwork and problem solving aspects of class. I ask them to find a group of 6 or whatever number is needed. I will then ask them to challenge another team. This is also a coed PE program (p/ the state of CA.) and girls and boys can be on either team. Sometimes I will change things up when a unit seems to drag on and have maybe a girls only game and a boys only game. The students like the change up now and then. This is not often, but may happen 2-3 times for the whole year.
We will be starting football next week. Once again Giovanni will be asked to find a team ON HIS OWN. The class seems to be supportive with him and open to him being on their teams. HE needs to work on his
social skills and speak up to find a team. I do sometimes place students by skill. I don't see gender when teaching my students. I see skill level. I will have one girl on a football game of top guy players because she picked it and has the same skill level as that group of students playing. Sometimes a boy is with a group of girls. Again, skill level. Safety, and playing time are all factors that go into grouping students. I may have to use my judgment to ensure the safety, and skill development. I really enjoy having him in my class and think he is doing a wonderful job. I am accommodating him in many ways so he can not only develop his skills, but feel successful. They can come to my class if they like instead of sitting in their car watching from a distance making assumptions on what is going on in my class. This may help them to better understand the structure in the class and see how well he is doing and how he is accommodated.
Thank you.

So there you go. Another day of trying to make magic happen and getting kicked in the head for it. I will tell you this, I take pride in my teaching. I also take pride in the fact that I can think long term. When his parents are no longer with him, where will he be? I'm a dang good teacher that cares about the kids. So I will carry on. Next time you think someone could do more, think of all they are already doing.

( The worlds greatest teacher)hahahahahaha

Last Supermoto race @ Qualcomm

A little wet in the rain.
Talking smack with the boys. Ok, not really, just watching a guy put tire warmers on.
Up at 5:00AM and home at 8:00PM. I could use a nap.

It was a nice weekend. I think I rode about the same as last month with a little more fire under my butt. I was taking it easy in the practice and the heat races (they have more than one heat, I don't know why. This makes for a long day and can wear you out. Two practices, a qual race, two heats, and a main. All being just over a mile a lap. Wanted to save myself for the main.). Then I heard that someone was happy because,"I beat her" in the last heat race. I did not know I had a target on my back, but that just made me want to ride harder. I have to say I never did see that rider in the main so there you go. lol.

There was one funny thing. I was first on the pregrid. The worker told me that we can do 10 laps instead of the 8 laps of the last heat race. I said I did not want to do 10 laps, but I would do whatever the group wanted to do. (saving my energy for the main race) Everyone wanted to do 10 laps. So the man says," Everyone is ok with 10, but Lisa wants 8" I said it's fine and then I said, "Sorry, it must be my estrogen." Everyone laughed and off we went. Darn girls. Who let them race?

Oh and this girl got FIRST PLACE. I'm all for that estrogen. Ha Ha Ha

The Road of Life

I have been on a journey of sorts as of late. I have had time to reflect on where I have been and where I want to go. Life leads you down so many paths. When I look back I wonder where time has gone. I am mad at mistakes I have made and I am trying to remember all the things that I have achieved. It’s easy to forget those. I have always thought that everything happens for a reason. Sometimes it for my growth or another person’s growth. I feel that life will never give me anything I can’t handle. Not that it’s going to be easy, just look at the scars on my left foot and you know that to be true. I just know that life is what you make of it. Life is a gift and it should be one that is lived in a state of happiness. Not saying life will always be happy, but your mental outlook on life should be a positive one.

I know on my blog I talk about myself, and state facts about things I have done. I don’t think I have taken the time to look back at them and remember all the hard work it took to get there. So let me share with you something’s that I remember working hard for.

I have run track since I was in 7th grade. I did most sprints, but for some reason picked hurdles. Not many people can deal with hurdles. They are technical, fast, and tiring. I did very well at them. High Jump. Why would I want to jump backwards over a bar, head first off one foot? I don’t know, but I made it to state with that.

I started to do Run, bike, runs becasue running track and cross-country was not enough. Speaking of Cross County, why would a true sprinter want to run 3 miles when the 200M seemed far? Desire and will to conquer something that was hard for me.

I did a triathlon. Im not a good swimmer, so what was I doing? Same thing, to try something I had to work at.

Motorcycle I have loved since I first sat on one. I never see that I am a woman among men. I know I am the only lady there, but when the helmet goes on I want to beet them badly.

So here I sit. I am a high school CIF person. I am a Jr. College State Champ on cross-country and track a few times over. I am a NCAA Div 1 Champ. I am a top mini bike race in my level. I race supermotos and can finish in the top spots. ( so far) I can bake bread and have placed in the fair.

I am a teacher that had learning disabilities growing up, and straggled with school.

It takes hard times to bring you down, but it takes yourself to look at where you have come from and find the light that you have inside. So this blog is for me. For my growth. I had a blog where I vented and now I have a blog where I have recognized my assets.

I want a life……

full of love.

A family of my own

A warm home

A garden

Lots of time with my family

Meet my cousins in the USA and Italy.

I want to wake up knowing that I am someone’s Sunshine and they are mine. Balance. Peace. A best friend. A soul that touches mine.

I want to laugh

I want to laugh at myself

I want to be silly

I want to see the world for it’s beauty

Stop and smell the roses

Sometimes a rough road is good for shaking out the cobwebs.

Thanks for helping me down my road.

Love you very much. Xoxoxooxoxo to my family.

My inner child (Disneyland)

DISNEYLAND!!!!!

I made a new friend.

Haunted Mansion

Matterhorn
Buzz Lightyear
Welcome to Disneyland.

I don't know how I made it out of the park without eating one. Shocking, I know.

I think I can....... I knew I could.......

All dressed up.

In the Tiki Tiki Tiki Tiki Tikiroom, in the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tikiroom....... ( you know your singing along)
999 Happy Haunts

It’s been 8 years since I have been to Disneyland. This seems odd since I worked there for a total of 5 years. Even though I would go to the park every day for work or the hotel, I still loved the park. It is always so clean and nice. The plants and flowers are always a joy to look at. I was happy to be going to the park this weekend and looked forward to the holiday decorations. They have really gotten into the Halloween sprit. It used to be that Christmas was the big time to come to the park. I found that I liked Halloween just as much. I love Christmas there, but the color and the change of rides for Halloween was a pleasant surprise.

The Haunted House (one of my all time favorites) was transformed into the movie The Nightmare Before Christmas. I thought they just added a few things, but the whole ride inside was changed. It was very cool, and filled with amazing colors and decorations. Even the hitch hiking ghost part was different. I loved seeing Zero floating down the hallway that normally would have a candelabra. The outside was over the top with decorations.

Space Mountain got into the act with Ghost Galaxy. The ride had all different lights (or lack there of) and projected images of this space monster. It would reach for you as you flew past it in the darkness.

The best part was seeing the things that have not changed. Seeing the things that I know so well brought back all the feelings of my childhood and when I worked there. The best thing was Captain EO. They brought that back. There would be no way I could count how many times I have seen that show. Part of my job at the park caused me to have to wait through the show. Every day. Day after day. I loved the Matterhorn, big thunder, pirates’, and the smells of the park. Churros, popcorn, the smell when you enter pirates. It’s a cool musty smell that is unmistaken ably Disney. The sounds of Fantasyland. The sound of the Colombia riverboat steam whistle as it cuts through the noise of the crowds as it travels along the Rivers of American. The chugging and whistle of the steam train that circle the park. You can hear the rhythmic screams as boat after boat full of frightened passengers take the plunge down the water flume on Splash Mountain.

I had been to California Adventure one time before it was opened. I pretty much don’t remember a thing. There is a lot of construction going on there so it was a little difficult to find your way around, but I seemed to have no problem ending up at the Tower of Terrier. Why on earth would I want to ride something with that name????? I was not to thrilled about that ride since I knew it was a straight drop. The line seemed long and maybe it was just long enough to not wait for. Then came three nice young ladies that gave away a fast pass for that time. ( great, no waiting in line.) Against my better judgment I reluctantly went on the ride. After a few moments of the scary unknown mystery of the ride, it was over. Up, down, up again, down,…….. It was finally over. I did enjoy it and would go on it again. I laugh at myself and how scared I was. I liked that park, but there is nothing like Disneyland. The feel, smells, and sounds are second to none. I want to go back soon. I did not get to go on so many rides. I had a wonderful time. I saw the new park, I walked Downtown Disney. ate churros ( yes that more than one), got Mini Mouse Ears and wore them all day, got splashed, scared, I laughed, petted a goat, and some kid sneezed on me. Disney at it’s best.

List of events covered……

Pirates

Haunted Mansion (two times)

Splash Mountain

Jungle Cruise

Indiana Jones

Big Thunder

Small World

Space Mountain (two times)

Matterhorn

Alice in wonderland

Rockets

Buzz Lightyear

The Casey Jr. Circus Train

Walked through castle

Captain EO

Tower of Terror

Bugs Life

Muppets 3D

Soaring over CA

CA Screaming rollercoaster

I think that's all of them. I had a wonderful time. I am glad I got to see the park this time of they year.

Bring in the noise, bring in the funk...

(As stated in my other post....)

"Stupid E" has been out of work due to a finger injury. It's been a quiet, nice, easy going two weeks. To my surprise she came to work today. There it was....... the sound of a chicken drowning. I heard her scratchy squawking voice that makes your ears bleed. Moments later the unpleasant stench of old smoke fills my office. It seems she is back early. NOOOOOOOOOO I had another 10 days of peace coming to me, but that is now at an end. Only one hour later she brings a student to me that has a large pair of scissors. She thought they were too big to bring to school. Poor little 6th grader was just trimming the run away string from the low quality PE shorts.I asked why she had them and she said they were all she had at home. I told the girl to put them away in her backpack, and leave them at home. Stupid E pulls them out of my hand and said we will keep then and she will get them after school. I snatch them back out of her hand and tell the girl the same thing I had told her before. Poor girl was all stressed out and lost. What makes Stupid E think that a teachers assistant can rule over a teacher. I am sorry. I went to school for countless years, I also am responsible for the students. What makes her think she out ranks me. I never ever think of myself as higher than anyone at work. We all have a job to do and we are all equal. If your going to over step your bounds like that in front of a student, then I need to pull rank and let the student know who is the head of that situation. She lasted all of one hour before pissing me off. I had to report it and now will be having a meeting about all this. I have so much work to do. Why do I have to do more work? She is there to help me, not make more work. Make it stop. Sad part was, we all thanked the teacher that was teaching the class she got hurt. It was a joke, but still, how sad is that?

Stupid E....... There is a Venetian saying that translates as: "Before you speak, be quiet." TAKE NOTE. As they say, you have two ears and one mouth for a reason.

A race in the heat.

My dear friends Dave and Stevie.

This guy had a bad day. lol
Darrick showing how a pro looks out on the track.

Qualcomm Race

I had another race this weekend down in San Diego. I thought it was going to be cooler down there, but I was wrong. Well the weatherman was wrong. He said it was going to be about 87 and it was 100. There is a race group with slicks or the street group with DOT tires. I was in the street group. There are no classes based on rider skill, or CC’s. It’s pretty much an unlimited class.

I was slow all day. I have a lot of laps to get down before the main race and I did not feel like over doing it especially since it was so hot. Also, the track layout was different. I had to learn it so that took some time.

Since it was so hot and not as many riders showed up they decided to run both classes together. I ended up on the last row. It was a 12 lap race ( just over one mile p/lap) I followed two guys for about half the race. I was setting up to make my move on the last lap. I passed one guy. Now I needed to get the other. I set up for a two turn overtake. I was right on his wheel in the second to last turn. I planed to sling shot around him since I knew my bike was faster on the straights. I was in the last turn and my rear tire slid out and was all over the place. I guess it was doing what a supermoto should be doing, but this rider did not get the instructions on that procedure. I slowed a bit to steady the bike then was hard on it again. I could see by my speed vs.’ the distance to the finish line that I had this guy. I was going as fast as I could and shifting like a mad woman. Then I got a wicked headshake that almost made me crash. I had to slow up so I did not pass him. I found out that I should be in 3rd place for the day, but if I did not get that shake, I would have had 2nd for sure.

Thanks to Mike for being my pit crew again. Also for taking pictures. I was pleasantly surprised by Dave and Stevie. They happened to be down in the area and came by to cheer me on. I was over whelmed by that. Thanks everyone. It was wonderful.

Work at Work

I know all of you have at one time had that person in your life that you wonder why you can’t get away from them. This is the case with a co-worker of mine.

I like to call her “Stupid E.” ( that’s the initial of her last name.)

Lets start at the beginning. Oh about 7 years ago she comes rolling into my department as an instructional aid. She seemed ok at the time, but slowly her colors started to show. Little by little we noticed things. She lies just about everything. Tells some crazy story about what happened to her or how well her daughters are doing in sports or school. Funny thing is, we know her daughters and know the real story. You have to wonder,” are you that stupid to think someone would believe this crazy lie, or do you think I am that stupid to believe it?” You only listen to half of what she is saying.

Then she was pulling the old he told me, they told me trick. She would say the teacher told her to do something then tell the teacher the office told her to do it. She would use teachers names and make them look bad. I worked in Disneyland for 2 years. I am the queen of “stiffing”. That’s what people at the park called it when people were not doing their job and sneaking off. I don’t mind people doing that as long as their job is done. Don’t stiff and leave me to take care of your responsibility. I can spot someone stiffing a mile away. She walked people to the office to get out of work and so one. Pick jobs with teachers where it’s inside and cool on a hot day and leave the other aids in the sun. It got to the point where we had to have the aids sign a paper stating the rules so that we can catcher breaking them. She was a pain in the neck for everyone there. We all have a hard time with her. She talks about people behind their backs. She does not follow directions. She yells at the kids and makes up rules. Why is she still there you ask? I don’t know. Her and I have gotten into it more than one time. It’s gotten to the point where they teachers say that they would rather work along than with her. Again, you ask why is she there. Lucky me, I have been keep track of her “doings” since 2007. Problem is our principals keep changing. Each one says we have been doing it wrong and need to do something else. So each year I write things and keep notes. Report it to the office and nothing gets done. Year after year. Last year I was told ( I’m not her boss) that I had to correct her behaviors myself and take notes on the meeting. I’m sorry, I have enough kids to worry about, I don’t need a big kid that gets mad and storms off. She is nutty. She was mad that we did not give her a hamburger at lunch when we gave the student of the month their BBQ reward. The BBQ was not working well and there were non cooked. She stormed off and was yelling at everyone and just a super grump. Over a Hamburger??? Really?

On top of this I have had to put up with the stench of smoke since she is a smoker. It’s really bad on her. I have also enjoyed watching pieces of her teeth fall out month after month, year after year. She has summer teeth. Some are here and some are there. Poor thing. She talked about it to me and I gave her the number to my dentist. Yes, she has insurance. No, I don’t know why she would let her teeth fall out like dominos. She is nothing but a problem.

I gave her the rules sheet to sign and she took it to the union. She is upset she does not have a radio to talk on so she went to the district. She went to the union because she did not get to sub co-workers hours. ( Hello, Stupid E. You can’t sub the hours if you work 2 of the 4 that need to be covered. Ding ding ding) That’s just in the first 2 weeks of school this year.

So after the system has let us down for all theses years, we as teachers have stepped up and are going to our union. 5 teachers will refuse to work with her due to a hostile work place and undermining authority. Lets see if that gets the job done.

I almost hate to think of her gone. Life at work will be so smooth that I wont have any stories to share. I will keep you posted on the status of “ Stupid E.” and see where it takes us.

xoxoxoxoxoxo To my family.

Let me school you on this.......

They love it, and I get to watch them crash and burn. Best of both worlds. LOL

This post if for Aunt Linda. Sorry I have been slow with my blog as of late, and I know you wanted to hear about my students. So here you go.

Well, this school year is off and running. I never know what grades I will be teaching, when my prep is, or what students I have. Unlike all the other teachers, P.E. teaches all grade levels. This means if you had a student that caused you to pray to “the powers that be” for the school year to end, you may very well have them again next year. Heaven help you that you have them all three years they are there.
I was keeping my Facebook friends posted on this one student I have. I call her my vagina girl. Why on earth would I call her that you ask? Let’s begin. She is a special needs girl that really does not need to be in special ed classes. She likes to have everything done for her. After a yearlong battle with her stating that “She can’t do that, she has to pee, my dad said I don’t have to, I can’t run……..” the list goes on. I was almost done with the year when her good friend was no longer her good friend. That means she needed my attention, and she was going to get it by saying the nuttiest things.
She came late to class with a not from the office. I am walking past her to open the lockers when she hands me the note and said,” my vagina hurts.” I said,” ok.” and kept walking. Then for two months she would tell me she was on her period. I told her she did not have to tell me every time. There was about 3 more times she said ,” My thingy hurts.” Then she comes into my office and shows me her hairy armpit and asks if I notice it’s hairy. I said it was and to go to class. She has no clue to personal space. She steps on my feet all the time. She went to hand me a paper and hit me in the face with it. Oh and she told me she has diarrhea when she farts.
That brings me to this year. I see her before schools starts when I am selling PE clothes. The rest of the staff was joking about who will get her this time. The first day of school she comes in to where I am selling PE clothes and asked for her schedule. I told her that her first period teacher will give it to her. She starts to walk away and said,” Oh. Can I have my schedule?” I got a sick feeling and then asked if I was her first period teacher. “Yes”. Awwwwww man!!!!!! The rest of the PE staff just started to laugh.
So far this year she is already up to her tricks. I have to pee. I can’t run because I don’t want to. My dad said I can have a special lock. Michelle is making fun of me. Some girl said a bad word. Blah Blah Blah Blah……….. nonstop. Not like I don’t have a bunch of special ed kids in that class along with other kids and it’s a combo class of 7th and 8th. This is just the start of my school adventure. I also have a co-worker that has been killing me slowly for years not to mention one that has it out for me.
That’s it for now. I will share more as time goes on. I will keep track of the stories and let you know.

Qualcomm San Diego Supermoto Race

I don't even know what to say about this....... Most people bring a pretty girl to the races, look what I got???? I want a refund!

Love my SXV.

Mike keeping an eye on me.

#72....The Flea! ( la pulce)

Having a good day with a good friend.

Why yes, that is a ponytail infront of you, what are you going to do about it? That's what I thought! :-) Perché sì, quello un infront del ponytail di voi, che cosa è voi sta andando fare a questo proposito? That' s che cosa ho pensato

There was a supermoto race at Qualcomm stadium. Mike was kind enough to be my umbrella boy for it. I forced him to leave is tube top and g-string at home.
The day started at 5AM for the drive down to San Diego. The race consisted of 2 practice sessions. One qualifying session. One 10 lap heat race and a 15 lap main race. Each lap is 1.2 miles. So the main was over 15 miles of racing.
As always I was slow in practice, but I pick up steam. I got 5th in the heat and ended up 6th in the main. The funny part is I beat the instructor for SoCal Supermoto school. I was the only woman racer out there as well. The organization is a Karting group that has opened up for some supermoto races. So we get to watch Karts and bikes. I was in the street class. That pretty much means you have street tires on your bike. No real class structures. No beginners class or anything. Just street and Race. Race group was full race bikes on slicks. Gary Trachy was there leading the way in the race group. He even crashed. The track was fast and difficult. The straights were long and fast and the turns were tight and there was no room to make a mistake. They set the track up for karts and thought that making the turns really tight the bikes would like it. Problem was they did not leave any room for the bikes to exit the turns. We were almost hitting cones every turn. Then when someone would hit cones they would tumble out at you as you are right behind that person. Also, the cones would sit there in your line for the rest of the race. Over all I had a good time. They are trying to figure out how to run a bike race and I thank them for having a place for me to race in the first place.

Quasi stavamo colpendo i coni ogni girata.

Here are the rest of the pictures (Mike took them for me). You can click on SLIDE SHOW if you just want to watch them all go by. :-)

http://s203.photobucket.com/albums/aa291/mikedbike2002/Qualcomm%20August%202010/

XOXOXOXOX to all the ones that love me and support my racing and my dreams. I know that I may not lead a life that most people understand, but it's my life. Love, Joy, Happiness..... I am just trying to be the best person I can be. :-)

Summer Fun

This has been a hard summer. I have been going through a lot. I find myself sad most of the time and have been trying to snap out of it. The last few weeks have been a blessing. I was able to go to the lake for a little Waverunner fun. I had a good time that week and got a tan. I missed all last summer due to foot surgery so I was pretty ghost like. I forgot how fast I get tan. I am not used to looking so brown.

Here is a video of me on the Waverunner. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTnTzu36Fw0

I then went to two track days. I was eager to go since it was going to be on a killer supermoto, I got to meet a pro woman race (that also broke her foot), hang out with a great friend, and enjoy a beautiful area of the country, Sonoma. (Sonoma the town not my dog named Sonoma, LOL) The company was great and the three of us laughed it up, rung it out, and gobbled good yummies at the track. Infineon Race Way was the first stop. It was a supermoto day at the kart track. We started off going counter clockwise for two sessions, but had to go the other direction after that. I found it slower and harder to go the other way. I was a little frustrated at first because one turn was kicking my butt. I never did get the hang of that strange turn, but I had a good time. I did make one mistake. I went a little too much on tires that I did not know where that cold. Down I went. I felt the slip of the tire and knew I was going down. The first thing to come to my mind was that this is not my bike and now I’m messing it up. I picked up the bike, and tried to get off the track. I felt bad to see my friend running out to help. You always worry when someone crashes. That’s what’s so great about track people. They are always willing to help and really care. The best bunch of people. I have met more nice people through riding than anywhere else. I was fine. Just a bump and bruise on my hip and elbow. I sat out for a little bit and went back out to enjoy the day. I did make sure the tires were warm and really tried to work that corner that I fell down in. Can’t have it get the best of me. I had a wonderful time and the woman racer was super cool. It was great to find a like minded person. Since I feel that I march to a different drum, it’s not easy to find people that see and do life like I do.

Here is the video of me falling. Oops..... Did I do that? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhoikZ50GgY

The next day was Thunderhill. That track is killer at first. Lots of blind hills that drop into a turn that you can’t see. Took it slow at first, but started to really like the track on the supermoto. I got passed on the straights and found I hardly had to shift down in the turns. I could take them pretty fast. People held me up in turns. What a great experience. More laughs, more munching on food, and a good steak dinner to end the day. I sure was tired that night, and it felt good to sleep so well.

I had a prolonged stay up north due to car issues. I did get to go to a fair to see my two favorite things. Flowers and Critters. The flowers sure were nice, and the critters sure were cute. I like going to the fair. I don’t like the one in my area that much since it seems to be mostly about buying things. I did not enter bread this year, and now wish I had. Oh well. I enjoy a fair that has things people enter. Pictures, food, crafts, and animals. That’s a fair. Family fun for all.

Since I was north and mom wanted to go to the lake, we quickly made a run to the lake. I enjoyed the drive to the lake and seeing new places. I also made great time. I always enjoy the lake and have a good time with my mom. We did the normal things we do, walk to the Pines, shop, eat, shop, look at flowers, shop, eat, float, walk Mollie, eat, float, float, float…………..
So now that I am back I have all my laundry to do, bills to pay, and things to catch up on. Enjoy some pictures of my adventure.

Thunderhill. Trying to get the most out of the bike.
Pretty huh? Yeppers, I know. Pretty much the best bike I have ever been on. Fun, strong, and sounds very good.

Pro woman rider (don't want to use her name) first time on a supermoto. I think she really liked it.

Met this little die hard moto rider at a race not too long ago. Max is his name. He loves riding more than anything. It's so cute. He was upset he got a flat tire. He is only like 4-5 years old. He was telling me about high siding and low siding a bike. Too funny. I also like his name since it was my grandfathers name as well. Ride on little Max!

This is how you do that. Enough said. It was cool watching so many good riders out at the track. Not that there were many people there, but the ones that were there are good. I love this sport and want to get better at it. Watching people do a skill well is a great tool to help yourself learn. I always watched better High Jumpers jump so I can see what they are doing that I am not.

Looking over the bike and making sure it's ready for the track. She just bought that bike and was taking it out for the first time. She sure can go fast.

Oh yeah baby, let me out there! LOL

Can't see my smile, but it's there.

Here I go......

"Oh wow, look at the flowers......."

I love to plant flowers. I could do that all day. It sure was fun to see what people do with them.

Cute huh?

There was even and inside section of flowers. A whole building of color.

I could sit there all day.

Italy anyone?

Too cute for words.

Mooooooooooooove over a little would you?

Hand made goodies.

Mom enjoying the lake.

Not too many ducks this time. I brought stuff to feed them, but did not use it all.

Mom, and Mollie going for a float.

Tired after her float.

Getting some sun.

Love to all my family.
